Our dryer started taking longer and longer to dry the clothes . Its a super nice dryer and less then 3 years old. I think we paid around 1200 on sale for it . We called LG and they told us they would send a tech out but they would have to charge us because after 1 yr they cover nothing . No problem we need the dryer fixed .
They charged us 200 and then told us it was because we use DRYER SHEETS ! Really ??? Something about it coats the sensor ?? Why was that not mentioned in any of the paperwork when we bought it ?
So my question is ..... Is this what I have to look forward to with this brand ? My Kenmore ran for almost 15 years I gave it away when I bought this one and it is still going . It was a cheap dryer I think I paid less then 200 bucks for.
