Anyone have a good "active" camping board

Can anyone recommend to me a good camping board that's pretty active (other than this one of course ) we are tent campers and so far all of the boards I've found are either not real active or are basically for RV'ers

I did a search on tent camping forums. Checked out the top 3, way slower than this camping board. Mostly RV campers here, but many tent camp and a lot started off in tents. I'm sure if you have a question someone will be able to answer it or do a search and see if it's been asked/answered before.

Yea, we actually did the camping thing in reverse (as a married couple)... started out in a 5th wheel and progressed back to a tent... I know, its wierd, but we just prefer camping in a tent. we both as children camped w/ our families in tents, and one of the first things we bought as a married couple other than our house was a 5th Wheel..used it for 2 years and then it was parked for a few years while we went back to tent camping. so we eventually sold it and haven't looked back! our boys on the otherhand want to know when are we going to upgrade to an RV!

I can totally understand that some folk love to tent camp instead of a RV. As a young man we only tent camped,,,theres so much that tent camping has to offer over a RV..not to mention the wonderful experiences.
There are many folk on these boards who enjoy tents too.
But now with my bones gett'n older, I really like having a a bed at the end of the day camping.

I have a RV and also tent camp. Many on this board can answer lot of questions because they have been there and done it. So if you have a question just ask away.

Try popupexplorer.com It is a pop-up site, but most if not all the people on there started in tents, and they have a tent forum as well. I have been on there for about a year as a tent camper and we just upgraded to a pop up, and I had no problems getting questions answered.

I used to practically live on Popupexplorer! We sold our pop up, though, and are also back in a tent for the forseeable future. I still visit PUX but not like I used to. They've had some great advice for me, as was mentioned above. Most of the people there were/are tent campers. There are some nice people over on campingforums.com but it's not very active.
