Anyone have a dream materialize?

I'm just wondering if anyone had a dream that they were able to make come true--starting their own business, sports goal, dream house, anything.

Just curious as to anyone who has had this happen for them.

When I was a teenager I dreamed of staying in a deluxe resort at WDW, and I finally did.

There was this man that I was SOOO in love with but for a zillion different reasons there was no way that he #1 - would fall in love with me - and #2 that we could actually be together.. I dreamed and fantasized for several years that he would fall in love with me and marry me so we could live happily every after.. Many people laughed - they said it would never happen..

Well guess what? He DID fall in love with me - and he DID marry me - way back in 1978.. And - we're living happily ever after!

Yes - dreams can materialize if you want them bad enough..

Actually, yeah. At one time, I dreamt of working for the space program. And now, here I am!

Of the other kind of dream, I had a dream of going to Knott's Berry Farm in California the other night and a few days later DH is telling me to price a Disneyland vacation -- does that count?

I've had a few dreams that would come true.

Just this morning while I was still sleeping I could hear DS crying in my sleep and it transfered over into my dream where I dreamed that I got up and calmed him down and got him to go back to sleep...and he went back to sleep and I never had to get up...at least I don't think I got up and I think I was just dreaming getting up.

Actually, yes - but more than my wildest dreams....

I'm in process of realizing a Dream Career......Should be happening in 4 more years... You can do anything you put your mind into & work hard enough at.
