Anyone have a digital picture....

...of the sidewalk around Aladdin? DD was fascinated with it & I didn't take one. I'm working on a couple PowerPoint slide shows with all of our pix & thought it would be neat to include that if possible.

Do you mean around the ride? I have never noticed this but I definitely will when we go back. I will be glad to take a picture and send it to you if you don't have one before then.

Sorry - yes, I did mean in the sidewalk around the ride "Magic Carpets of Aladdin". I don't remember if they were ALL the way around, but am sure they were in the concrete along the back - the side with the shops...just close to the ride - not all over. Clear as mud, right?

I agree! When I go to Disney I am always taking pictures of what I call "icons". These are Mickey shapes, merchandise and other stuff. This year at Disneyland Paris I came across a small brass marker in the sidewalk of Main Street with Walt's dad's name on it as a contractor. I know people thought I was crazy for taking a picture of the sidewalk! but it is cool.

Piratesmate & Brack -- you're right! Nothing to do with my favorite place could be sad -- I was just referring to my habit of taking pictures of EVERYTHING since I bought my digital camera! You name it - I'm snappin' it. Unfortunately I also have deleted a lot of them.

Beanie -- It has precious jewels embedded in it

Anyhow, if you don't get one before December I promise to get you some good ones, btw, I have a great picture of the survey marker in MgM (really!) and the decorations on the floor at AKL.

If I had a digital camera, I'd be walking into things - because the camera would be in front of my face all the time!

I'd love to see your pix of the floor at AKL if you don't mind sharing! (I PM'd my email to you.) The only one I took was of the Hidden Mickeys in the carpet outside our room.
