Anyone have a DDP credit tracking spreadsheet?

I'm trying to get our ADRs in order, and I'm wondering if any of you obsessive planners (like myself) have already created a spreadsheet to help you track your credits when planning.

DH and I are on the deluxe plan (for now, at least) for 6 nights, so that equals out to 18 ts credits and 12 snacks each. I want to book a couple of places that us TS credits, so a nice handy-dandy spreadsheet would sure help me out!!

I don't have a spreadsheet.. I have a small table in Word... Day/Date, Park, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (these boxes include restaurant, location and ADR confirmation #) and then # of TS credits used... I print this table onto a business card size piece of paper and bring it with me, so I know what my plans are everyday..
