Anyone have a cheatsheet for Buzz Lightyear to improve scores?

First room: left inside arm of robot 100k per hit
Volcano room: Top of the volcano 25k per hit
Zurg room: bottom target under zurg 100k per hit

There is a good tutorial by SeeYaRealSoon on Youtube which goes through all of the important spots to aim for.

I used some of these and were able to rack up a lot of points.

And sometimes, it might not even be your fault. You could just get a poorly functioning gun.

Yes! Although I wouldn’t call it cheating, just being well informed with the highest scoring targets.

It's easier on your trigger finger if you just hold the trigger in. It only fires at a certain rate, so no point in rapid trigger-pulling.

For me the gun on the left gives you a better angle when you are in the first room.

Agreed. When I ride with my son, he always gets the left seat, and usually beats me because it is next to impossible to hit that first good target from the right seat.

Beyond the targets listed, generally stuff further away scores higher than close stuff, but when you are between good targets, hit something, anything, just to keep the score climbing.

Depends, if you mean your own kids, so you can absolutely trounce them at this, then, yeah, probably. Spouse, parents, siblings, hey, fair game!

I may share it with the kids (7 and 5) with the understanding that they will never beat me. The wife will never know.

I call info like this my super power against my kids. Our girls are 15 and 13 and know plenty of the tips/tricks thanks to looking them up. But any chance that I can outscore my kids I take.

I need to beat my SIL, every time we go, he and I ride together. We love when it's late at night and we go round, and round.... (get off the ride and re-ride not stay on...)
