Anyone have a Bowflex Extreme?

We are thinking of getting one to start getting into shape along with walking.

We have a Bowflex Extreme. It is a great machine, very smooth. But it is like any other piece of equipment, you have to use it. DH used it to very successfully lower his blood pressure. He also lost weight and gained alot of energy.

I have one also. It comes with a DVD so that you can select the excercies that target the areas that you want to work on. It also has a manual, watch the DVD, pick what workout you want and then you can follow it in the book. But, it doesn't work alone....you also need to start eating right and I also have a treadmill that I use with it Best money I ever spent...
