Anyone going week of June 11th?

My DH & I are going 6/11 thru 6/18 for our 25th anniversary and staying at the CSR. Will any other Dis'ers be there it would be so fun to run into someone while we are there.

Somewhere there's a 'who's going in June' thread floating around - lots of DISers will be down. I'll be there for a long weekend with my 7 yo nephew (10th-13th) for Star Wars Weekend. We'll be at the Swan and spending our first 3 days at MGM (doing SW stuff, of course!) and then having B'fast at the castle and doing MK on our last day until we leave for the airport.

I carry a lime-green Mickey backpack that I bought many a year ago with my DIS button attached - say hi if you see us ! - I'll be keeping my eyes open for lime green - always fun to meet a fellow DISer !

DH and I will be there the same time as you (and for the same reason!!). We are staying at ASMu 10th-13th. We're also from South Jersey, close to AC.

That weekend is the Star Wars weekend. Wait till I tell my DH he will flip out he loves SW's.

My family and I will be at the WL june 11 till june 18 We have not been there since Feb 2001 and we are going through Disney withdrawals, We live in Michigan and this is my 36th trip to the world. This is also my very first post on this wonderful board. Ihope that I can be of some help in the future

My husband, daughter (16) and I will be at CSR from June 7th to June 16th. You can find us having breakfast around 7:00 at the Maya Grill on June 12th and Peppers Market June 13th. On June 16th we will be hanging around the resort prior to taking Magic Express back to the airport around 4:30 for our 7:20 flight home. Hope to see you there, it would be fund. Let's figure out a way to identify each other.

DS and I will be at Pop Century from 11-18 June

Same dates same hotel. I have a lime green mickey head on my lanyard.

Hi,
We are going in the same time frame! June 11-18th at POFQ.

Are we all now worried that it might be a little crowded?

I couldn't get the Pirate Cruise that goes to Epcot when I called at 11:00 am Orlando time (I was skiing on Spring Break Vacation and forgot about Mountain time).

I was floored that the latest dining reservation that I could get at the Crystal Palace was 5:10 on the 15th (Wednesday). I just wanted something like 7:00.

We went last year at this same time. The Magic Kingdom was pretty crowded and it rained and rained.

We need some Pixie Dust to make the rain stay away.

The last weekend for Star Wars weekend was around the same time last year. We went the last day and it was not too crowded. I am not sure what impact the movie being released might have on the crowds/interest.

I am awaiting the June park hours... I am sure that you all are as well.

I can't believe that it is still something like 80 days away...

DW, DS, DD and myself are going to be down there the week of June 18th thru the 25th. We are staying at the Pop Century. Hate to miss you but hopefully will run into some other Dis'ers.

We will be arriving on June 15 and staying til July 3 (just extended our stay by 2 nights - at the Poly no less so we are thrilled!) We've been around that time before and it will be crowded and hot and will most likely rain several times during our stay, but we still can't wait and are so excited. Going this time of year allows us to be able to stay for such an extended time. Other times of the year we could never stay longer than a week at most. This amount of time allows us the chance to take it slow, rest during the heat of the day and still enjoy late park hours. Maybe we'll see you then!!
