Anyone going to WDW in October?

We going 10/2 thru the 5th. We just decided last minute to go. DVC had very few choices for October when I called last week, we ended up just using an email discount I got for PC for $49 a night. Can't beat that! (Plus, I was going to have to borrow points.)

We're planning on MNSSHP on the 3rd and F&W on the 4th.

Is anyone dressing up for MNSSHP?!?
I'm thinking hubby and I might despite the kids staying back home.

Sooo, no need for light jackets or sweaters early October, but what about shorts? Can we wear them at night, too?

We pretty much always go around Columbus Day. This year we're going 10/21 thru 11/1. Most of the time at BWV then the last 2 nights at OKW - both in a one bedroom. Everything or almost everything seems to be full!!! We're on a wait list for the last couple of nights to stay at BWV.

We will be at AKL concierge 10/17-10/20 then it is home to BWV in a 1-bedroom, Boardwalk view from 10/20-10/29!!!! We are also attending MNSSHP for the first time on 10/26. I bought my DS(4) his Peter Pan costume on Monday. He is thrilled. Now I just have to make the rest of the costumes for myself, DH and DS(1).
