Anyone Going March 2009??

We will be staying at Shades of Green with our room sponsored by my college roommate and her family.
This will be our spring break and we are hoping the parks won't be too crowded. I am ready to go shopping and buy some new shoes and capri pants! I am afraid I will be too cold in shorts but too hot in pants.

Only one month left until our trip...Feb. 27 to March 6! Going to run the 5k on Sat. the 28th at DHS for ESPN th Weeked. Can't wait. Staying at CBR, first time at that resort. Hoping its as nice as the other resorts we've stayed at.

Hi all,
First post here but I am a very longtime Disney addict. So HELLO!
I have been lucky enough (because of business travel) to visit all of the Disney parks except Hong Kong. I have been to WDW many times solo and once with my family (my DD was 2 at the time). We have booked a trip for March 22-28 staying at AS Sports (the buy 4 get 3 free deal was too good to pass up!). My DD-10yrs doesn't know anything about the trip and I plan to see how long I can keep this a secret (although I'm about ready to explode). We fly through Houston so I am going to tell her that we are going to Houston. I can't wait to see the look on her face when we get in line for the flight to Orlando. I figure by that point she will figure it out.

According to TouringPlans.com the crowds will be level 5-7 (medium to medium-heavy) during those spring break weeks. We are renting car to avoid the bus bottlenecks and to have the freedom to run to the grocery store when needed. If anyone is staying at AS Sports during this time shoot me a message. I will be the guy wearing the Disney baseball jersey and a green Animal Kingdom safari hat.

From reading these boards it sounds like starting the 14th alot of schools are on spring break. (so glad we are going the week before,,,knock on wood). I even heard most of the resorts are sold out that week.
It wil lbe interesting to hear howit went for all of us. We have gone the first week of March the past few years, and this second week will be different I'm sure. Last year was great though, the year before was pretty busy.
I have less than 2 weeks. Can't wait!

My Mom and I will be at POR March 8 - 15.

She has been wanting to go back to Disney before she's "too old to enjoy it." She's 71 and it's been several years since her last visit. So I told her I would look into it, and had seen the ad on TV for the buy 4/get 3 free so checked into it and told her about it. She's paying for the entire trip, all I have to do is be her travel companion.

It's been 8 years since I've been there myself so I'm excited about going again!!

we are going 3/27 - 4/4 and are staying at the yacht club!! it's our second trip, we went 2 years ago and stayed at the poly and loved it, wanted to try something new this time. it's me, dh, dd10, ds9, ds6. we can't wait!!!!!
