Anyone getting good rates for November???

Question for you guys who are trying the Best Rate program. We want to go over Thanksgiving - 4 nights. When I put in my dates and choose the Poly or Beach club or yacht Club, I get rack rate, or better yet...I only get a concierge offer. Is anyone getting a decent rate for November? Is there some trick to this madness????????

I don't think there is any trick to it - I just think there aren't any AP rates being offered (or any left) for those resorts for your dates.

FWIW, I couldn't get an AP rate for an "ordinary" Friday night (12/2) in early December for any of the monorail or EPCOT resorts. WL was not available either. All I could find was an AP rate for SSR studios and for the AKL. This was checking every day for about a week the first part of July. Since you are going over the Thanskgiving Holiday, it isn't unreasonable to expect that the rooms are filling at rack rate or that the few discounts available are already taken..

Carol! We ended up at the Swan last November with a great AP rate of $161 - I'm certain we'll end up there again which is fine. I really HATE the Best Rate Program. It doesn't really work for us because we can't usually book that far in advance.

It did offer me SSR but it was rack rate -

We'll be there Nov 19-28. Here's what we got thru Best Rate:
POP Standard $79 (Rack $99)
PO-R Standard $109 (Rack $149)
AKL Savanah $210 (Rack $280)

I'm hoping we did okay!

I got a rate of $164.50 at the Dolphin for a lake view room for the week of Thanksgiving.

We are staying Nov23-27 at CBR 109. night
staying BC nov 27-Dec 4 209./night

booked it about 3 weeks ago

both rooms are standard view

I'm checking in on Thanksgiving day, we have CSR booked for $109 instead of $149. Maybe since the rates came out over a month ago there isn't anything left for your dates.

I just realized that Thanksgiving is now less than 120 days, but there are standard view rooms available at the BC/YC and Poly checking in the day after Thanksgiving
