anyone get seasick after getting home off the boat

I always feel it too, and I'm not one who ever gets seasick, so it's not a stopping the medication thing. DH decided long ago (he get seasick) that I must suffer from stillness illness! I say the only cure is to go on another cruise immediately!!!

that can happen, it's happen to me after a 3 day cruise. Felt wobbly for 5 days after the cruise!!! I started taken motion sickness meds after the cruise.

The condition is often referred to as sea legs. If I remember correctly it is a disorder of the vestibular system similar to vertigo.

On my first 7day cruise only felt the movement when we got off at a port, but it quickly went away.

On the next 7Day cruise, I felt nothing the whole cruise until 1 day after and then for a week afterwards I felt dizzy.

We will be on the 4nt Dream cruise Jan. 30th, and than will be doing 5nts at WDW. Has anyone ever experienced problems while on rides ect. due to still have their "sea legs"?

You are not the only one. My sister was ok, but my Dad and I felt like we were still on the ship after we got back. We felt it for a good 36 hours after the trip. It did not make us sick, but it was like the ground was rocking like the ship. When we left the ship we did have 2 flights to catch and that could have had a factor in what we were feeling. It was kind of cool in a weird way.

Mil got this after our first 7 nighter. She wore the patch. She was dizzy and couldn't drive for two weeks and didn't get back to normal for a month. Needles to say, she is leery of another long cruise. Is there any remedy or way to prevent extended sea legs? I usually feel like I am rocking for a week, but I do not get sea sick so it is not a problem for me.

Last summer we took a 5 day cruise on the Wonder. Calm seas and I never even felt the ship moving! However, the day we left the Wonder we headed to MK and while standing in one of the shops on Main St., I felt like the whole shop was moving and I got really light headed. Felt like that a couple more times that day, but was okay after that.
