Anyone get a discount for early Oct, AKL Standard Room?

We're trying our best to come up with something for friends who have Oct. 4-8 booked, standard. 2 adults, 2 kids (16 and 15).

If so, what did you get?

I tried for Oct 4-14 but the only AKL discount was for Savannah view.

If you're talking AP discount, keep trying! I had a room only ressie at WL, with no discount. I've been checking the AP site ever since rates were released. Well, yesterday afternoon, I was checking at this time a standard at AKL was available!! It was $190/night, tax included. This was for Oct. 5-8. I switched. Now, if I could get a similar price at the WL, I would switch back. Otherwise, I will be very happy at the AKL & saving $348 over rack rate at WL!
