?Anyone familiar with this Windsor Hills owner?

Ok I have narrowed it down to one condo.....finally. Now I feel a bit nervous because I noticed that the property I am interested in has alot of availability. And not just with the condo that I am thinking of renting, she has 2 other units that have alot of availability too. Also I dont see a guestbook.

I spoke with the owner over the phone & she seems very nice and also very reassuring, however I am still nervous.
Also she was willing to waive the damage deposit If I book right away. Is this a bad sign?
Anyone out there familiar with this owner? The website is www.perfectvacations.com. I would be so glad if someone on here does know them so I could put my mind at ease and go ahead & book we are almost a month away from our trip.

I have spoken with her actually, referred several guests to her when our places were booked up.

It puzzles me why her places aren't booked up more than they are to be honest, it looks like they have some nice looking condos in Windsor Hills, and they rent out for a pretty decent price.

I can only imagine that perhaps they don't market themselves very well? (This is more common than you might think).

She seemed very nice to me too when we spoke on the phone and corresponded over email, and her places look to be quite nice as well though!

Please do let us know how it went if you decide to stay there!
