Anyone familiar with the PHAM option?

If I buy a 10 day Park Hopper and More with never expires option for my trip with friends in May, can I still use all of the "more" portions in December; and is it possible that I can use some of them for my kids/DH since I will have so many? Or is that too much magic for Disney?

Sorry, too much magic for Disney You can use them yourself for the rest of your lifetime as long as the terms of "never expire" don't change. But the are for you and you only. The rest of the family would have to get their own "more"!

I know you can't use the other options for family members and as long as you have days or options left on the ticket you can use it, but it has to be you. Tickets are non-transferable.

The "more" part in December may be limited to just Disney Quest and the walking golf course. The weather may or may not allow for waterparks. And each winter one waterpark is usually under refurbishment. (not sure if it will be in December though).

Note that you've kind of merged two options into one. There a park hopper option that costs $52 per ticket and that gives you the ability to go from one theme park to another during the same day. Without that option you can only go to one park a day. There is also the Water Parks Fun and More option which is another $52 per ticket and that allows you to go to the water parks. It sounds like this option is the one you're talking about.

The PP's have answered your questions correctly, though. Those options will never expire, even if you use all of the park days on the ticket and you cannot share them with other family members.
