Anyone ever use Ebsco Magazines?

I'm wondering if anyone's ever used Ebsco Magazines to order mags. for waiting rooms/professional offices? They have great rates, but I can't find anything about their customer service. Before I jump in, I was hoping to find someone with experience with them.

(And yes, I operate a legitimate business with a waiting room that qualifies me for the discounts.)

I was the Director of a public library. We always ordered our magazines (a few hundred) from them and never looked to change. We had problems but 99% were mail problems - not them. They would immediately send us another copy of the missing magazine if though it wasn't their fault.

My sister worked in Ebsco publishing eons ago. Their headquarters are local here. I don't think you would have any problems. They are quite big in the media business (international even).

My husband orders from them for his waiting room; never had a problem. When we lived in Birmingham, I worked with an engineer whose wife worked for them. Sometime they would offer "friends & family" discounts, and I would order subscriptions. I was always very pleased.

I work at a college and all the magazine subscription go thru Ebsco. As far as I know there has never been a problem. At least, there has never been a problem with the subscriptions for our own department
