anyone ever try isogenix?

sorry if it is spelled wrong. someone i work with sells this so is pushing it..but I want to hear real reviews by real people using/have used it.

anyone have any info to share? what is it about, is it 'helpful' does it work and bad side effects...anything you can and are willing to share I would appreciate!

I do know some people who were successful on it, however, because it is so restricting, as soon as they went back to normal eating they gained the weight back.

I would try to look for a long term health diet and exercise program as opposed to a quick fix.

I know one girl who did it, rapidly lost a bunch of weight and then gained it back just as fast... but she told me she's saving to do it again

I started on AdvoCare supplemental nutrition products to supplement my diet and exercise regime. I've lost 35 lbs to date (actually its more but my dog peed on my scale and I haven't gotten a new one to weigh in in about 2 weeks!) since April. It was so good that people started asking where to buy it so I started selling it haha.

Love, love, love Advocare! Can't say enough good things about it. Spark is amazing and also the Catalyst. I have lost more inches than weight, which is fine with me and feel better than I have in years. Down 2 pant sizes and that is without any excercise, but I have committed to start. ( 2 days down, ) I have set my goal at 60 lbs before my trip next March, I'm already close to 20 of that 60 and I am determined to be able to climb the stairs at Typhoon Lagoon without having to stop and rest before getting to the top.
