Anyone ever trade-up from a 1 year old RV (TT) to a Class C?

Someone along my ride to work has had a Sunseeker class C for sale since the fall. I bet you could get a good deal on that! It's smaller than your TT though, and it's in New Jersey.

Sometimes you just have to keep what you have, hope it works out for you!
