anyone ever ship ahead to Nickelodeon Suites

I know you can ship a package to be waiting upon check in at the Disney resorts, but has anyone had any luck with any other hotels. We are traveling on Spring Break as a suprise to our children. We only will have carry on luggage so we were wondering if we could perhaps ship a package to be claimed upon arrival at Nickelodeon Suites. It would contain swim googles, pool toys, snacks, and souvenir surprises for the kids. Any help would be appreciated. I emailed Nick hotel but did not get any response.
