Anyone ever make Summer Rolls?

They're kind of like eggs rolls, but not cooked.

Yes, many times before. Be sure to use fresh ingredients. When using the wrapper, be sure that it is not too damp or else it will be hard to work with. If you have access water on it, get a paper towel, and dab the water off. When cutting the spring roll, use a white knife, and you will have no problems cutting through the wrapper which will become rubbery.
