A cold pillow?

A friend of a friend got one for Christmas. I've been trying to find out where they got it but they're on an extended vacation. Anyway, my DS would LOVE to have one. Since he suffers from insomnia, anything that would help him (& me too) sleep, would be great. He says his pillow gets too hot. He wants his pillow cold. (I could toss it outdoors for a few minutes before bedtime but that wouldn't last too long).

Anyways.....just wondering if you've ever heard of one or where I can find one?

I had heard about the chillow and want one too!! I am forever waking up in the middle of the night to turn the pillow over to the cool side!

These are also great when bringing babies to Disney. We used one for our daughter the last three times we went to Disney and she stayed comfy and cool the entire day. We put it in the fridge to keep it cool and then put it in a pillow case and covered it with a towel. We put in in the stroller and she laid on top op it. It was a lifesaver.

I love my chillow. It made getting through the summer easy.
I had chemo which put me into chemo incuded menopause. The ot flashes came on quickly and unbearably.
I got a chillow and slept through the night without beig uncomfortable.
I don't know how it stays cool all night because there were times when my forehead was at least 103 but when I put my head on the chillow it cooled me down.
I don't have A/C because I don't like to be too cool, being in the low 80's is comfort for me but the hot flashes made it in the 100's.
I found mine on clearance at Walgreens in April last year. I got 2 for $5.00 each. Peggie

Thanks so much! I went on the drugstore website that tigger1 recommended & read the reviews & not too many people were happy with the chillow (?). Altho a few of you really love it....so I'm curious if there are anymore out there who have tried it & how they like it. Seems most people on the drugstore review complained that the interior bunched up & that it would spring a leak & leak all over their bed? Anyone have a bad experience with that?

I hope I can find a chillow on sale for $5!! I'll have to check my local Walgreens! Thanks so much!

My brother got one last year and loves it! He use to put his pillow in the freezer before bed I dont know, I like my pillow nice and warm...lol But it helps him sleep and he loves it
