DD was supposed to go to Disney in a few months to perform with her dance group. Now it's looking as if we're not going to be able to go. The rest of the group will go as planned - just not us.
Problem is, we've already paid the dance teacher for the park passes that include a discount and certain stipulations about when they can be used and stuff. I've called the Disney performance program folks and they were very nice but basically said that I'll have to get the dance teacher to find out what our options are regarding a refund or using the tickets. I haven't gotten a response from her yet but thought it might be worth a shot to ask here. Has anyone else had this happen? Or has anyone gone with a dance group and can tell me what the rules are regarding those park passes? We are NOT looking to do anything unethical - we'd just like to be able to either get our money back or get some park passes we can use later. If that requires paying the difference between our discounted tickets and the regular price of a ticket, we are good with that. We just hate to see several hundred dollars go down the drain.
