I just sent an e-mail to Bank One Disney Visa to inform them of how dissappointed I am in their service. Has anyone else been able to get their passes? I am starting to think there is no advantage to having the Disney Visa. I was much happier as a club member before Disney Visa replaced it.

That's a shame you never got your passes - did you get an email telling you they would send them?

We asked Disney Visa to mail them to us at the Wilderness Lodge, and we recvd them on Tues, 2/08. Sorry you had trouble.

I completely agree with you that the club was better than the Visa card!

Got my passes with no problems. Granted Disney Club was better as it was FREE but I've been pleased with Disney Visa so far as I've seen at least 3 movies free with it and they offer discounts to buying online and now they offer a discount for buying WDW photos that are taken by the Disney photographers. We also get a newsletter and discounts sometimes on our rental car.

So even though I'd prefer Disney Club, I'm happy with Disney Visa especially since I've made 131 in reward dollars so far!

We got a call on Friday evening from Disney VISA saying that they had had a problem getting the tickets out but that they would be sending us an e-mail that we could print to get into the noon showing the next day. We got the e-mail later that evening.

Although we were unable to use the tickets that day, we were very happy with the service and we quite pleasantly surprised that we got a phone call. ::yes::

Luckily, we have not had a thing to complain about with our Disney VISA. I miss the discounts that the Disney Club got us, but I can find those discounts at other places now. And with our Disney VISA, we have gotten about $400 in Disney Dollars and have gotten to see 2 movies for free! :)

We received our Disney visa 3 weeks ago, we havent even activated them yet.We were surprised thursday when we received 4 free tixs to the Heffalump movie for last Saturday! We went (it was DD first movie) and really enjoyed it. It was a wonderful surprise and DD loved Lumpy! :flower:  :flower:

Got my passes with any problem. I am sorry to hear you had trouble with yours. Did you get the email saying you would be getting the passes?

There was no guarentee that you would get them. If you did not get an email saying that you would get them then you didn't get in on this promotion this time. Since the screening was last Saturday I am sure that there is nothing that will be done now.

We got ours just fine (Metro Detroit Area). My friend who also has a Disney Visa emailed too and got them. She couldn't go so she gave them to us. We had 8 tickets so in addtion to our family we got to bring DB, SIL 2 nieces (the babies were free) we had a group of 10.

It was great. I think everyone in the theature was free. It was not full.

My kids also loved it (even the baby) and Lumpy was really cute. DD was really looking forward to this movie. About time they came out with one appropriate for the 5 and under crowd.

The theature had this new screen on the floor that was interactive int he lobby. The kids would fun on it and it would change (like balls, butterflies, popcorn moving.) They played with it for 45 min!

It was a really nice day out.
Sorry you never got yours.

I got tickets to the 10:30 showing at Columbia Mall.....

However, Visa never warned us that the theatre may change the times....

I had planned on getting there at 10:00 since we have never been there before.

Well, we got there and they had changed the movie time to 10:00 :confused3

Luckily there were about 15 min of previews and we didn't miss the beginning but I felt sorry for those who didn't get there until 10:30 that missed a quarter of the movie......

I have had the Disney Visa for over a year and never gotten an email
with any free offer of tickets or anything. Am I missing some step here?
Do I need to go to their website to find out offers?
I too loved the Disney Club, the Disney Visa has not been too impressive
to me.

That's because you do have to go to their website "Visa" and see what offers are currently be offered. If they are offering a movie screening that is how you find out (and here too!). They give you directions on how to request tickets but it's a first come first served basis. For movie screenings they'll tell you to email them with certain info and if they pick you then you get tickets.

Can anyone give me the official web page for disney rewards? I thought i had it bookmarked but can't find it, even doing a search! (TGIF, its been a L O N G week... :( )

TIA!

Hi Christa, thanks for the link.....but it's not working for me. Is it the link, or my computer?
