Anyone ever eaten a Larry David Sandwich? Was it good?

I remember an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm from last season where the owner of a local deli concocted a new sandwich and named it after Larry David. The ingredients? Whitefish, sable, capers, onions, and cream cheese. I was wondering if an NYC denizens, say, who frequented Jewish delis had ever tried anything like this, or if anyone had ever made this on their own? It sounds good to me.

(And I know... this is quite likely the most obscure and arcane question ever posted in any forum on the DIS. :) )

The sandwich itself sounds good, but honestly, I'd expect a sandwich named after Larry David to taste a little funny. And not funny in the ha-ha comedy way, funny in the "meh, this is no good" way.

Now, see, I'd expect it, being named after Larry David, to be completely misunderstood, to be possibly even loathed through no fault of its own. ;) Of course, I say all this having never eaten sable before, but it does sound really good to me, still.
