Anyone else watching The Bachelorette?

I think the final two will be Jason and Jeremy, and Jeremy will be the final one standing.

Last night Chris Harrison asked her at least twice if she found her husband and both times she said something like "I hope so". I think DeAnna tells all was filmed very recently because she mentioned watching it with her family and friends. That means that months after the show was filmed she STILL doesn't know if she found her husband?? The whole thing is SO confusing!

I liked Sean last night. I was sorry that she picked Jesse over him. While the tanning bed in his house was a bit over the top, I have no problem with metrosexual men. I married one. They're not bad guys, really. People say that opposites attract and I'm SO a t-shirt and jeans girl and my DH is all country club, all the time.

Glad you like yours... my boyfriend is one and it makes me crazy!! I don't mind the fact that Sean's a metro as much as he is so materialistic. It sounds so nouveau riche and tacky.

She was on an interview after the fact where she said she was "happy" but never admitted to being "in love". I think she's going to end up with someone but but no commitment, etc...

I wish Jason could be the next Bachelor. I have a MAJOR crush on him. He just seems so nice and he is so DARLING. I love hearing him talk about his little boy, you can just tell how much he loves that kid. His face just lights up.

Exactly... it is not that he could be considered a 'metrosexual'.. It is all about materialism and being so self absorbed and focused on his own self image.

I don't really even see him as a metrosexual... he is from small town Kentucky!!!

I was so glad Twilley and Sean were cut!

I was so worried she'd keep Sean! He is not only totally Narcissistic, with a Napolean complex, but almost everything that comes out of his mouth is rhetoric. He sounds like a pro athlete before or after a game. They all sound alike. What didn't sound like a canned speech always started with "I". He was all about his puzzle and how he could fit DeAnna into it. He's like a cardboard cutout; all image, no depth.

I love Jason, but I don't know if he's edgy enough for her.

Jeremy is growing on me again, especially after the no-shirt shots! He's a loner, so it would explain a lot of his disinterest in hanging with the guys. He's really looking for a partner in life.

I still like Jesse. He should have kissed her. I think they'd be great together.

Graham seemed a little less skeevy but he still seems really cold...always looking into space.

Yep, about Jesse not kissing her...

I think it was a combination of things... The other guys were right there... just a few yards away, oogling them!!! And, on top of that... the other guy was walking over to cut-in. Not to mention that there must have been a full film crew there that day.

I can clearly see how Jesse, with his self confidence issues, looked like a deer caught in the headlights... Not because he didn't personally feel attracted to kiss DeAnna. He should have made sure that they retired to a more private place, further from the other guys!!!

Are there not some similarities about how Graham didn't kiss her, and then Jesse didn't kiss her, so she keeps him there....

She called Graham to task for not manning up and kissing her. I wonder if she will do the same with Jesse. ????


Personally, if it came down to having to demand that a guy kiss me... DeAnna has some lessons yet to learn!!!!

I was embarassed for her when she was on the hammock with Graham. She kept puckering up to him and he barely leaned in for a kiss. Seems to me like the dude is TRYING to be let go. However, I am sure on next week's hometown visits, we will hear all about his clothing line that a PP posted about in this thread.

I hope she does not pick Jason unless she is seriously planning on a future with him. It would be terrible to get a small child's feelings involved in this crazy show.

Alright, I see where you and Robin are going with this. While I happen to like the metro in my DH, he's not materialistic like Sean. The whole mamma's boy thing is VERY unattractive in a man. A grown man doesn't need to talk to his mother every day, several times a day (unless he or she is very ill or in the middle of a major life crisis) like Sean said he did.

I agree!!! Let's all nominate him!!!!! As someone with a small child, I think we'd see such a different perspective on the show. He'd be much more serious about finding a wife then the other batchelors.

and that right there is probably why he won't ever be a Bachelor....I don't think the producers want somebody who really wants to find their soul mate.

(Yes, I know Trista and Ryan are still together but I think they were a fluke...she is also a wet noodle in person so I know how much editing goes into those shows...she actually has a personality on camera )

As far as Sean goes.........well let's just say that I wouldn't be able to handle being with someone who was that much of a mama's boy. Not that there is anything wrong with being close to your parents, but come on.....live a little farther apart and don't talk so many times to them a day.

Was it just me, or did anyone else notice that Deanna wasn't all into the kiss that Sean gave her? She seemed to be totally into him and the date up until the moment of the kiss. She looked as if it did nothing for her. Maybe that is why she decided to let him go. No real chemistry there after all??

Graham.......although I think that chemistry is important, there has to be more to a relationship than just that if it is going to last for the long haul. She just wants to jump his bones. She is only thinking of one thing when she is with him and that is what is clouding her judgement.

Jason.........So cute and adorable. If it is Jason that she has choosen, maybe she is not saying much due to the fact that there is a child involved and they need to take it slow because ultimitly he will be very affected by the outcome

Jesse...........Get a hair cut. I think that he needs to grow up a little more. He doesn't seem ready to settle down and do the family thing just yet. (maybe in a couple of years). He likes Deanna, but is coming off as a really good friend versus anything else. But this might be who he is. He might want to be friends first for a while before he takes it to the next level.

Next week shall be interesting. I haven't been this addicted to the show for I don't know how long.

Do you know her? I've always thought she was very "animated" on tv, not natural at all.

I think she was a bit more understanding regarding Jesse not kissing her because she knows he feels a bit intimidated by her and it would have been their first kiss. Who wants to do that with a room full of guys watching??? Graham was different, he had already kissed her but then snubbed her because of jealousy.

I think Graham is a bit of a goof. I don't like Jeremy, he's creepy to me. Although if they'd like to show him from the neck down when he has his shirt off I'd be okay with that. Jesse is a very nice guy but just not sure she would end up with that type of guy. Jason seems like a very serious guy who is definitely ready to commit to someone and he's way more mature than the rest of the group. And he's pretty easy on the eyes too.

We'll see what happens next week! I wonder who will go? It looked pretty intense when they showed her crying and she said she was second guessing her decision!

Me either, and I don't know why. I don't particularly like DeAnna that much, she seems emotionally high maintenance to me. I do like Jason though, and I would love to see him happy.

Thanks for posting that. He seems much more down to earth in that interview. I think he really was just lost on the show.
