Anyone else watching The Bachelorette?

I just heard this morning the Matt moved out of Shayne's house already. He said they are still engaged and very happy, but that he needed his own place to start his new life in LA. I'm sure we'll be hearing about their breakup in the near future.

we were just discussing them this week (see I told you all I was a D list celebrityaholic ) wondering when Shayne would realize her 15 minutes were up and toss him to the curb. I actually liked that Bachelor...to bad he went for the B & B (our version of T & A).

Many of us have been speculating that she's not picking anyone and she doesn't want to "lead them on" the way she was lead on. That idea has picked up even more steam since they're showing the "bachelorette tells all" on Monday. The "tell all" episode is usually shown at the end of the season.

According to ABC's website, the Men Tell All episode is being taped June 22, and the After the Final Rose episode is being taped July 1. Apparently they are looking for people who want to be in those audiences.

I don't suppose they'll be taping it in RI? Darn...nothing ever happens here!

I've been watching the Bachelor reruns, to some extent. I saw at least one episode of each when they originally aired, so it was fun to see some of the whole seasons. I didn't watch them all tho...couldn't bring myself to watch "Bob" again.

Aaron was a jerk. I remember him being nasty during the show where they bring all the girls back, and every chance he gets, he's STILL getting digs in to Helene.

This weekend is The Bachelor Paris, with Dr Travis Stork. Even if you don't watch the whole marathon, it's worth watching the first episode to see that woman doctor with the dried up eggs have a meltdown.

Marla Maples and Andy Baldwin aren't letting their age gap hold them back: the two had a fun time on Laguna Beach Tuesday, frolicking and making out on the rocks.

"He is the most compassionate man I've ever met," Maples tells Usmagazine.com.

Maples, 44, and the former Bachelor, 31, also played with a beach ball.
"He's just a good soul," Maples, an ex of Donald Trump, told Us. "He's an absolute, complete gentleman."

Their new relationship is usually long-distance since Baldwin, a naval doctor, is stationed in Hawaii, where the two took a romantic getaway over Easter.

"They're moving him to D.C. soon," Maples said. "He still has four more years in military!"

Thanks for the update on Dr. Andy! He may still be a good fellow... but I think I gave him more credit than he may deserve... I just thought he wanted a normal wife and kids...

Ok, so I didn't get to watch until last night, but I'm all caught up now.

My favorites of the guys left are Jason and Jesse. Suprisingly, Sean didn't bug me this time, which is saying a lot! I was glad to see Robert go. Sad to see Fred go. Disappointed to see Brian go. It really seems clear that DeAnna isn't seeing these guys for what they are. Maybe she's a poor judge of character or maybe she's self-sabotaging this, but why is she so hot and bothered for Graham and Jeremy? Why is Twilley still here? It seems obvious that there won't be any long term future with these guys. And I get the feeling that, even though she likes Jason and isn't mad about him having a kid, that she won't pick him in the end because of the kid. I think at some point, she will look back on this and regret not giving guys like Brian and Fred more of a chance. It will be interesting to see what she says next week.

Oh yeah, I totally vote for Brian to be the next bachelor! If he is, I won't even get tired of all the gratuitous hot tub, swimming pool, beach, etc. scenes they always show!

I keep reminding myself that she's so young. I didn't have much good judgment for men when I was her age.... I remember just hoping he was cute and could dance!

This is all just weird!! Especially since they haven't actually said a peep about an actual "Final Rose Ceremony." Maybe we're wrong and she has already chosen someone and didn't want to lead on the rest of the guys! She doesn't seem connected to them though. When you watch Trista and Ryan's show, it is sooo obvious!

The whole thing is pretty whack-a-do, if you ask me!

Anyway, maybe I should sign up for the audience. Some live Brian would be more than worth it!!

Wow, I've never seen a woman who was so much into herself. She kind of makes up for Graham who's just not that into her. Between the two of them, they balance out. You can tell she's attracted to him because he's not that into her. She's drawn to the pursuit of getting him. It would make a woman who is so the center of her own attention, feel like she's won. (This IS a competition after all.) She wants the one man who doesn't want her much.

I think Graham is there more for the competition than he is in really being with her in any sort of enduring relationship. Ultimately, he wants to be the one who says, "Yes, I had me so of that."

With all that crying she does every episode, she's just too high maintenance and emotionally immature.

As someone else pointed out, I've never seen anyone else take so much credit for arranging things on their dates or on the show, as a whole. I guess they can fire the production manager and location manager, who normally arrange all those things on TV shows.
