Anyone else watch Ghost Whisperer?

i only saw a quick glance at next week's previews. Do you think they are going to kill off the husband? I hope not, I really like him.

The guy that plays Jim has an interview in this weeks TV Guide and he eludes to his character being killed off. I like him and hope they don't.

I read that interview and all I got was that he MAY be killed off but that there could be a story where he has amnesia and walks out on her because he doesn't remember loving her.

Ausiello from Entertainment Weekly has been talking about this for weeks. Apparently the going rumor is that they are going to kill him off and bring him back into her life as a ghost to show that love is eternal and transcends even death. I guess he will communicate with her that way.

The whole idea makes me sad and I don't even watch this show.

Well that sucks big time. He was her anchor. Why did they have to kill him off?

NOOOOOO!!!! I did not want them to kill Jim off!! They killed off her BFF in the first season. And then her "new" friend leaves and now Jim dies WHy? I like what he brings to the show. He keeps her down to Earth and he is her "in" to all the medical info she needs.

I am sooo out of touch with this season, due to the fact they moved Wife Swap and SuperNanny to this timeslot...and DH has his stupid wrestling recording ..so I decided on Wife Swap/SN since I figured I would catch this in reruns..

I hope they DO NOT kill Jim...he is my fav, and a hottie..it may be enough to ensure I do NOT continue to watch this season..

Now if Medium would just hurry back....

I have a feeling they are going to kill off Jim but is it really going to be that big of a deal? She can see and talk to ghosts... I mean I guess he'll have to cross over sometime soon.. but I have a feeling he'll be around for awhile after his death. Or at least make periodic appearences. I hope! I love Jim.

Happy Halloween, everyone!

First off, we wanted to clear up all the rumors that are circulating.

Read carefully: David Conrad is not, not, not leaving Ghost Whisperer. We love him - he is amazingly talented - we all have lots of fun together and he is an important part of the Ghost Whisperer family. But most of all, we here at Ghost Whisperer are very much aware of how all of you feel about him. Again, David is not leaving Ghost Whisperer. Are we clear? We do, however, have some exciting and dramatic things in store for our beloved Jim and Melinda that we can't wait to share with you- it's all just around the corner. And, until then, please know you can always come here for the absolute truth.

In this week's episode, "Bloodlines," Melinda investigated the sudden death of one of Ned's classmates, and uncovered a tangled mystery between the spirit and the family of the spirit's former best friend. Ian directed the episode- lots of exciting things happened while he was directing - during the cross over scene in Griffith Park Ian got knocked right off his feet. He claims this was the result of his encounter with an angry ghost. Kim suspects Ian ran into the techno crane. Shhhhh... our secret.

The episode was written by writing partners Melissa and Joy Blake - they're new to the show this year (sisters!) and they're doing a wonderful job. (They also wrote the episode that Kim just finished directing "Life On The Line"/Episode 411.) "Bloodline" stars Screen Actors Guild Award nominee Amy Pietz (Aliens in America, Caroline in the City), Mika Boreem (Dawson's Creek) and Daytime Emmy winner Camryn Grimes (The Young and the Restless).

Musically, this episode featured the song "Dream" by Priscilla Ahn (Blue Note Records), "Against the Girl" by In for the Kill and "Winter" by Holly Conlan.

I do believe that he is either going to die and hang around as a ghost, which would be just tragic and sad to me and I don't think I could watch that. Or he will be in a coma for awhile and still be able to communicate with her. I could deal with that, in the hopes they would eventually bring him out of his coma. I love Jim and wish they would give him more story line. He hasn't had much since season 1.

I love this show and have watched from the very beginning, I sure hope they are not going to ruin it by killing Jim!
