They are all working very hard to get their clients exactly what was requested. In order to do this they are on the phone with
DCL for hours working on reservations. Once they are off the phone they will work on updating reservations in our system and/or sending information in email.
The best way for us to get all of our clients exactly what they want as well as the lowest price possible is to do all the pricing/re-pricing first and then do the updating and advising.
As you might imagine this can take a very long time.
