Anyone else waiting for jetBlue to release April 2008?

The RUMOUR that I heard was October 17th is the next release of Jet Blue schedules. I hope it's not true!:scared1:

That will be 6 months before an April flight. When I booked for my Nov trip to WDW the flights came out on May 18th so maybe October 17th is on target.

Hopefully it will be sooner. I won't feel organized until this flight is booked and I know how much it will cost.pixiedust:

With all due respect,,,(and I'm not trying to start an argument here) What part of they only release dates 6 months in advance dont you understand?. They do not release dates in the middle of the month. That means the 1st of every month ,,,count 6 months including that month.. I have talked with these people. Deal with it, And like I said I'm saying it with ALL DUE RESPECT as not to offend anyone. ºOº

But the fact remains that they haven't added any dates, so the fact that they say only 6 months wasn't true last month, last month they were booking 7 months in advance, and last year they did book alot earlier than 6 months in advance. I booked for April of 2007 on August 2, 2005, way more than 6 months in advance. So the reason most of us are being impatient is that this isn't something that we have had to deal with in the past.

With all due respect, you do come off quite offensive. I'm sorry if I offended you. Deal with it. :)

Like I said. When I booked my November flight, the new flights came out on MAY18th. I checked everyday to get the lowest fare and they came out on MAY 18. NOT the 1st. with ALL DUE RESPECT!

With all due respect, your information is incorrect and you are offensive. Last year, I booked mid month, the exact day the fares opened up.

I'm new to this... but, trying to book JetBlue return trip for 4 from Orlando to Boston on March 2. I cannot because they AREN'T booking 6 months out....otherwise, I would have been able to book it a few weeks ago.

Add me to anxiously waiting :)

ok Dis'ers,,,,then why aren't the "March" dates up yet? ºOº (with ALL DUE RESPECT) ºOº

For my March 07 trip I booked jetblue Aug 5/06. For my March 06 trip I booked jetblue in July 05. THere doesn't seem to be any pattern when it comes to booking with jetblue.

I just hope they are not in any trouble financially due to all the costs associated with delays this year.

Because Jet Blue doesn't adhere to a strict 6 month out policy. While their website currently indicates that bookings are available only up to six month ahead (it's actually closer to 5 1/2 months), their release can be anywhere in the five to eight month out time frame.

Jet Blue has a sale ending tonight at 11:59 pm so maybe once this sale is finished they will post for March and April. Here's to hoping.

Checked this morning really early (3:00am est) :ssst: :surfweb: and the newest sale is special rates to upstate New York, which does nothing for me as I live there already. I am kinda thinking that this sale will be a short 2 week sale until October starts, because lets face it , how many people are flying into Rochester, Buffalo or Syracuse.:rolleyes1 :bored: Guess we will just have to wait until October and see what that brings.
I already booked my fare down with Airtran but still need a return flight, because Airtran didn't have anymore cheaper fares for the days I wanted to leave.
Lets all keep our fingers crossed for October!!!

Well maybe I will, at least I am trying to have a positive attitude unlike yourself.

No need for me to have that + attitude,,,I will be living 1 exit from WDW ,,,Won't have to worry about air fares ,Maybe you should think about moving near Disney ,,that way you won't have to worry about air fares any more ºOº

Well as much as I would love to live near Disney, my DH has a job here that he loves. If you don't need to worry about airfares why are you even on this thread then?

If you don't have to worry about air fares then why are you involved in a discussion regrding air fare? Perhaps when you move away you'll go away as well...of course, with all due respect

Wow, good for you. I didn't know McDonalds was so good about transferring their employees. Will you be living in your parent's basement, or do you have your own room?
