anyone else waiting for $200 Disney rewards to be applied towards dues?

Mid-Dec I returned the form for Disney rewards. One of DHs coworkers joined DVC and we had an option of applying $200 Reward towards our dues.
The dues came yesterday w/out that $200 being deducted. Called MS who then switched us over to Disney Rewards. Anyone else still waiting? Do I just send the check less $200?

I called my guide and asked that same question. We are waiting for a $200.00 credit for our dues. He said to call member accounting and send a check less the $200.00 credit. Let member accounting know this is why the check amount will be less the $200.00. Thats what I think I am going to do. I just received the dues statement and there is no credit applied.

Newholiday - when did your dh co-worker close - do you know? My brother closed on Nov. 30th and I have yet to receive the certificate (asking me how I wanted my "bonus" applied). I was told by my guide it takes a few weeks after closing. 5 weeks have gone by and no certificate. I called my guide again and was told that the person who handles the bonuses won't be back in til Jan. 9th. Wondering if I should wait til last minute to pay my dues or just pay it and apply the bonus when it comes for next year. It might fall into next year anyway - even though my guide thought I should of received it by now for 05.

I wonder if anyone has received any referral bonuses since the SSR Promo.

Anna - sorry but Im really not sure when they closed.
Did you receive a gift cert from Disneyshopping.com? We received that a month or so before receiving the Reward

We referred new owners and they purchased while in Orlando in October/November. Apart from a letter thanking us we have received nothing.
Who do you have to contact please to get this sorted out. We were expecting the $200 to be deducted from our annual statement but also nothing there.

There seems to be some kind of holdup regarding Disney Rewards Dollars. I called and split our dues payments between a credit card and Disney Reward Dollars. The credit card payment has been processed, but it still shows we owe the amount that's supposed to be paid with reward dollars. There's a note in the My DVC section of the DVC Member website that reads:

We can not process a payment for Contract Number XXXXX.0 at this time because you currently have a pending transaction for this Contract. Please try again later.

I can't get through to Member Services to find out what the problem is because the phone line is busy, busy, busy.

Have been trying to access my account on the mydvc site but all it says the information is not available. Can anyone else access their account and how do you do it. Perhaps I am just doing something wrong here.
