Anyone else see Passion Sneak Preview tonight?

WOW, what a powerful movie! Anyone else go? Anyone interested in a review or.... One shocker, more so than anything else in the movie was that there were small children there, some without adults... WHAT?!?!?! This has to be the most graphic movies I have ever seen (cried many times at the pure heartbreak for what he went through), how could anyone bring their small children and even more so leave them to sit alone! Yikes!

Noted film critic Roger Ebert, who literally sees every movie, said it was the most violent movie he has ever seen and that if the subject matter was anything else, the movie would have been given an NC-17 rating for sure. (By the way, he liked the movie.) It makes me ill that people are taking their kids.

I don't think I'll be able to see this one because of the violence/graphic nature myself. I sure can't imagine sending kids to see it, let alone without an adult!

My church has a group going and they said if any of the youth (grades 6-12) want to go to get a permission slip from the youth pastor, since it is R, parents have to sign. My oldest (6th grade) looked up at me and I told her "NO WAY!!!" I really want to see it though.

I just saw it. WOW. It is violent. Amazing as you see it from Jesus' point of view. I will see it again.
