Anyone else on hold with MS now?

Heard today is banking date for December DVC points. That might be part of the reason. Course, it's been a nightmare for a while now.

Just FYI as to my experience and understanding of the announced “estimated waiting time” for MS.
The announced time never changes during the wait and is actually the estimated total time from the start of the call. So if you get “60 min” 30 mins into your wait, you estimated leftover wait time is actually 30 mins.
PS, in my experience the estimation is actually surprising accurate.
