We were having the same problem. We are planning a summer trip and decided to stay at CSR for 5 nights then move to BC for 5 more nights. We wanted to buy a 10 day park hopper to cover the entire stay AND I really wanted dining the entire stay!!! I KNEW there had to be a way that we didn't have to buy 2 park tickets since we were following all their rules, park ticket, on site, etc.......So I sent an e-mail stating the above info and received a call back from guest services. They said the computer system is set up this way and that it needs an override (CRO can't do this) to get what I needed. I guess it's not that often that people want a split stay, tickets and dining... Anyway, they set me up and I now have dining the entire stay without having to pay for 2 tickets. They told me that when I ran into this problem (on the 800#) I could have asked for guest services and they would accomidate me. Guest services # is 407-939-7657. It took some work, but I did get what I wanted and they were very pleasant to work with. Hope this helps!!!
