Anyone else having trouble with the Webkinz screen?

It's too big and I can't scroll down. I've pressed the refresh and cntl F5 buttons and nothing is working. We've also tried to minimize the size and are not having any luck. Any advice would much appreciated. Kids are longing to get some cash and mom has gotten pretty good at Cash Cow.

The whole site is acting up. My daughter signed up a new critter and it gave her 4 of the same monkeys yesterday Then today after she played this morning could not even log in tonight. My son was able to but the screen was wacky

Try F11. I saw that on here the other day and it fixed my problem. I could only see some of the screen in the window--F11 made the window fill the entire screen.
