Anyone else having trouble logging in to dvcmember.com?

My login doesn't seem to be working today, but worked fine several days ago. Is it just me?

EDIT: Looks like they switched my login name from my email address to a very old disney.com login. I had been using my email address for both my DVC login and Disney Movie Rewards, and this switch to a new member/login name has temporarily locked me out of my DVC login. Weird.

I have exactly the same problem. It happened to me last Friday. The only unusual thing I did since my last successful login to the members' site was that I logged in to abc.com. On that login, I was forced to set up a "member name". Now the members website seems to want me to enter that new member name when I log in, but when I do I get redirected to an error page stating there is a problem with my registration.

I called MS (selected option 4 for help with the website) and they forwarded my contact info to Disney IT and said someone would call me in a few business days. Given the 3-day weekend, I gave them a few days this week but then called MS again this afternoon about it. They put in another request to Disney IT.

It's especially frustrating not being able to log in with all the talk about the new point charts!

Please post if you get some resolution. I will do the same.

The website recognizes me when I log in, but tells me that I am logged in at another Disney website, and I must log out of that website. I'm not logged in anywhere else with that name and password. Just to make sure, I went to WDW and DLR websites and logged in AND out, but DVC still won't give me access. I need my resort number and special code number or something. Which you are only supposed to use for the first time you register. I have no idea what those numbers are. This is WAAAY to frustrating.

I've had that happen to me before too and I called Member Services and they said it could have been any Disney owned site (espn, disney channel, etc) so she reset it for me and gave me a new code and I just had to re-register.

Just called, and I'm in the same spot. Waiting for a follow up from IT :(. To the later reply, I suppose I could have just had them reset it, but I use the same login for Disney Movie Rewards - wouldn't want to lose those rewards points, or I wouldn't be able to get my Alf Pogs ;)

note: I am aware that Alf is not a disney property.

:badpc: I can't even get the website to show up! :badpc:

It loads, and then says "Error on Page". The background is all there as well as the menus across the top, but everything else is blank.

I have the same problem. Somehow my user name shows up as the original when I call MS, but when I get it sent from the web site, it is another that I might have used elsewhere some time ago. But, MS tried to get it reset and have me reregister, and for some reason I keep getting error messages that say I have to fill in all required fields, but I have. I tried every different browser we have. MS thinks it is a problem now with the user name connected to my e-mail. They are supposed to call, but have not yet, and I called back, and still no call back. Perhaps I should just try to re-register with a different e-mail address.

I got email from someone at DVC today telling me my account has been fixed and that I should be able to log in using the new member name I was forced to create last week. So I tried logging in and .... it works! I'm back in! I was surprised to be contacted on a Saturday. When no one contacted me on Friday I figured I was out of luck until Monday.

I hope everyone else hears back from DVC very soon.

And like magic, but without any call from MS, I was able to log on to the member web site - with the second user ID I had created - not my original.
