Anyone else having issues with My Disney Experience?

I’m still having trouble. Anyone else? Wondering if issues have resolved for many yet. I’m so sick of seeing Olaf on the broken fast pass page. :-( Meanwhile DH gets the “fumble” monsters I think. Just weird how we aren’t even getting the same error page, and there are so many issues presenting in various forms.

I'm still missing tickets that were assigned to placeholders, a resort reservation is missing and 3 cancelled ADRs are back. My brother has a 1-day hopper from 2013 that showed up last night in my app and now MDE says it has 0 of 1 days remaining. He never used the ticket. Another brother and his wife got their tickets thru her brother, who is a CM. They can see them in their MDE but I can't see them in mine. Our trip is in 16 days.

At least my FP+ are okay.

Have been trying to book FPs for my MIL and FIL (we're not going with them this time) for 3 days now, but it still says they haven't purchased any tickets - which is funny, because how then did I manage to book FPs for them for the whole of the week before then? However, when I checked MDE today, I almost had good news - my MIL's tickets are now showing up, but unfortunately not my FIL's.

As they are staying off-site and only get the 30 days out booking, we knew that getting FPs for any of the big name rides was going to be impossible even if the system was working fine, but the longer this goes on (for one park we're already at 26 days to go), it's likely that even the mid-range attractions will be out of FPs soon. Not looking forward to explaining to the in-laws that for one of their Magic Kingdom days, all I could get them was 3 x Mickey's Philharmagic!
 

FINALLY this morning both DH and my tickets, FP, ADR's are all in MDE both on desktop and mobile app. :cheer2:Afraid to fool around with FP.:scared1:..have been trying since 60 days plus 5, to get FOP. Will give it a day or so to attempt to secure a change of FP. Not expecting to get a FP for FOP, but will just do standby right before park closing. HOPE everyones MDE comes back properly today!pixiedust:
 
It seems like things are (mostly) back to normal. Just have a few oddball reservations that were cancelled and now back again. Plus a couple extra versions of my son's account. We're under 3 weeks out now so if it's still looking weird we can talk to the concierge at the Poly to be sure we're all good (I suspect we are though). I would love to know what caused all this but I know we never will. They hardly even acknowledge their problems to begin with. They really should put messages on the phone and the website, not just the app so people don't waste their time calling.
 
OK - this is super weird. All of my tickets are back, all my ADRs are there and some of the canceled ones, all of my FPs are there. But It has a FP for Soarin' for me the day before I arrive - when I am still at work here in TX. Huh?
 
Still can’t do anything in my account. My resort reservation still isn’t showing up (which is my main problem along with not being able to make my FP). If they’d fix it, I was planning on making final payment soon. Maybe they don’t want my money after all, LOL.

I think it's very individual. My tickets were manually added back, so that's taken care of. On the other hand, I still have cancelled reservations that block new reservations being made if they are in the same general time frame. The workaround for that? For now, the IT folks say call dining and they should be able to override the truly cancelled but still showing reservations.
They say eventually they should drop off. I printed off a copy of the current reservations as shown. My main concern is that I will be seeing dining charges on these "magically re-appearing" cancelled reservations.

On the website I’m seeing the message “! We’re sorry. We encountered a problem retrieving one or more of your reservations. Please try again later.”

I’m being sarcastic of course. I agree they could try to communicate a little better. But it looks like we’ll be calling again today as “try again later” is getting me nowhere.

And for the poster who's in-laws tickets are missing but yours aren't, book fast passes on your tickets for them. Then call Disney and have them CHANGE PARTY the tickets to your in-laws when they show up! These are just the types of situations change party is designed for! Unfortunately, they took that option away for us to do, but they can still do it

Not the end of the world, but frustrating all the same. There was another one available later in the day that I was able to get, just wasn't at the time I preferred. Here's to hoping they get it fixed today!

How frustrating! Beaches and cream is hard enough to get without adding in the MDE mess.
FWIW, I have the same problem and the (nice enough) IT guy really had no idea of when these reappeared cancelled ressies would disappear. He did say his supervisor has escalated this issue to the team...hope they work on it quickly.
 
Mine is still not fixed and my FP date is quickly approaching. Today, we have four resort reservations and nine tickets showing up on MDE. Problem is, there should be a total of three resort reservations and just five tickets. And there are still multiple profiles for some in my party. I dread having to call them again since my call last week was an hour and 11 minutes long.

Yes it's all individual, people should be checking to be sure everything is correct. I don't know the answer to fix the dining reservations blocking new ones, that I'd call for to be sure they get removed completely if you're rescheduling things. I think I'm 99% set so if things don't drop off that;s when I'll visit the concierge just to get it all handled at once. I also have a resort reservation next year that needs fixing but that's not related to this whole issue, it was a goof by my friend who's the lead on our points rental. I'm hoping to avoid a call to IT but it's possible we might have to both get on the phone and do that anyway.
 
My MVMCP tickets finally showed up today. Still can't book FP and have some old dining reservations still showing and I can't delete them. UGH! Not feeling all that magical for this trip.

I presume you mean me (can't see anyone else on the thread who mentioned in-laws). Unfortunately as WE'RE not going to Disney, we don't have any tickets on our own accounts to do this sort of swap - it's only my in-laws who are going, while myself and my wife house/pet-sit for them back in the UK.

They're not particularly tech-savvy, which is why I end up doing all their ADRs and FPs for them, so it's particularly annoying to have the technical side fail like this, cause it makes it look like I've screwed up when I can't get them anything decent.
