Anyone else have Virgin Mobile issues?

We have 3 phones and none can place or receive calls. All can text and surf web though.

Tried calling VM and they do have a quick message upfront saying there are issues and they are working to resolve.

Wait time was estimated over 10 minutes so I didn't hang on.

Anyone else having issues and have you been able to talk to VM? If so, what's the problem???

DH had a hard time calling me this afternoon to tell me he was coming home from work. He said he'd been trying for about 10 minutes before a call finally went through. I had no idea it was system-wide, though. We live in the Houston area, BTW, and he was trying to call around 5pm CST. --Katie

3 of us in my household had the same issues. phones started working again at around 9 for us.

Good to hear it was a system issue. I thought my phone had died or something. I've been with VM for years and never had this issue.
