I keep trying to sign up as a new user and get a message saying I am unable to sign up at this time. Trying to buy Target gift cards to buy Disney cards. Anyone else have issues with this? Thanks!

Are you trying to sign up through a referral link? If so, it may be that the link is no longer valid. Try going directly to Raise .com to join.

If you still have a problem, try changing your browser. I had problems with Target .com yesterday when I was using Firefox but the website was fine with IE.

I see only egift cards on the raise.com site at the moment. Is it possible to purchase disney gift cards online using both an egift card and my red card to get the discount?

It keeps saying my password is invalid. Tried with chrome, IE and Firefox. I do a password reset, get in, but can't put items in my cart :-(
Frustrating

I used my iPhone to access the website to sign up and it worked. Then I was able to log in as usual on the computer. I called support and they said it was possible my network registered as out of country depending on how the wireless was routing - interesting.

Hi.

Is there a reason why you guys are buying gift cards through this site? Are they discounted?

Thanks so much!

Yes, it is a resale site and cards are egift cards for Target. I got a 225.00 one and paid 209.70. Then I'll use it on target site with having my target red debit card as default payment to buy Disney gift cards and then enter the gift card so I'll save additional on top of the 5% discount you get for using the target debit card. The cards vary on amount and discount and listings are constantly changing for availability. This is my first time trying this :)

The target.com website states ,Disney Gift Cards are for In Store only...when you get to the checkout.
Also, The raise target cards state online only.

Let us know how you make out!

I have been buying Target e-gift cards at Raise for months now and then I purchase Disney GCs from Target .com using them. The Disney GCs are physical GCs and can be used both online and in person. Works like a charm! I paid for my DVC dues this year using those Disney GCs.

I also paid my DVC dues with Disney gift cards too as well as the meals for our last trip. I used both websites like Raise and the 10% off Target cards around Thanksgiving so I end up with a 10-15% discount.

For the person who said they were only available in the store, Disney cards were back in stock online the day before yesterday. I bought 8 of them.

Had trouble with Raise last night. Every time I tried to buy a card, it would show nothing in my cart. I tried with several different cards and even logging out and back in (to ensure it was not just that the card I wanted had actually already sold). I never could get it to work and gave up.

Me too!!! First time that ever happened and the one I did buy took hours to get to me and I've always received mine within like one minute. Perhaps Raise just had a hiccup last night?

Thank you all very much! I will look into this site hhis week.

Raise was just recently posted on a heavily used "deals" Web site for a couple of monster discounts on some cards, so I would assume the site was slammed and was having trouble handling all the people....just a guess.

As a follow up I just purchased egiftcards for target (425.00 worth) and only paid 391. Using the 5% off with target debit I got 450.00 worth for that amount saving about 58.00! The egiftcards worked fine on the target site.

I've also used this method without any issues. It is a great way to save on dues, meals, resort charges, etc.!

How do you pay DVC dues with gift cards? I looked on the paper bill as well as online and I don't see an option to pay with gift cards.
