Anyone else have trouble logging onto dvc website?

I've tried logging on and get a message to enter contract number and activation code. When I enter my original numbers and code I got 8 years ago I get an error message. Anyone else have this problem?

Just logged on with no problem. As for the activation code, it's a one time use code. If you can't get in, call MS and select option 6 for web tech support.

Yeah, I've tried a couple of days now...Guess I've got to get on the phone and find out what the problem is.
