Anyone else have the spinning circle of death?

The website is really screwed up. It won't actually let me book anything. It will sometimes let me through...then act like I don't have any 2022 vacation points. OR it will stall at my home resort and then say I can't book because I'm outside my window and I'm definitely not!
 
I'm sure they will just ignore all the surveys completed during whatever this is. Hope it at least makes you feel better to vent.

IMO, this is entirely the fault of DVD - the sales portion of the division. They are the ones who decided we should have all these constantly changing booking rules & discount restrictions. If everyone had the same booking rules & discount restrictions, the software would be much, much easier to maintain, and it would be much easier to integrate it with the myriad of ever-changing Disney subsystems out there. YMMV.
Without a doubt! Well said. And I have no illusions that my survey will actually lead to anything, but at least it is there somewhere in the ether. I would think that someone is reading those, and if enough people complain maybe something will change. Anyway, it killed time while I watched that spinning wheel.
 

Can't pay dues! Looked at May 2022 and said nothing available, system crashed when tried again!

Honestly it's ridiculous how bad this website is and then how long it takes to get things resolved over the phone when the website is down.
It really does make it impossible to book at 11 months and 7 months out.
This is beyond acceptable to be honest. Once in a while I could see, but this happens
regularly.

I got the survey yesterday too with the spinning wheel of death...not sure how many times I typed "NOTHING...CAN'T do ANYTHING!!!"

ETA: Just got in and could book new but not modify...so I ended up with my second choice for now...

I managed to finally get in last night after trying unsuccessfully the entire day, and the website was working normally around 10:30pm eastern time. It's messed up again this morning though. It's really embarrassing that they can't keep this running properly.
 
I'm trying to get a list minute reservation for 3/3-3/6 but could only get the first 2 nights. I just tried to book a room at Pop for the last night just in case nothing opens up, and it won't let me check out. So issue may be more widespread than just the DVC side.
 
I just got Olaf - "Please try again later" when I try to sign in. :sad2:
 
Still can't pay my dues. If this were my bank, I'd get a new one.
I can't help but feel that they don't care about the site because they already have everyone's $$. They probably feel no one is leaving DVC because of the site, so why make it better. What they are missing is that people would buy more points if they felt better about DVC. Like we were kicking the tires on possibly getting a 2nd contract at Poly, but it just feels like so many things are a hassle that we are just going to stick with the once BCV contract.

It just can't be that hard to update the site so that it works more consistently. Yet they don't do it.
