Ok, I am at the end of my patience....
I renewed my membership a month and a half ago (they took my renewal fee fast enough) but I received no card.
I called 2 1/2 weeks ago and they advised they mailed it to the wrong address. I asked to please send ASAP as we leave for a long Disney trip 12/10.
Well, I still have no card and nobody is answering their phones (I just get a recording). Nobody at Disney says they can help as they are their own department.
I am so mad right now, I just needed to vent . Anyone else have any problems with them??
