I am going crazy! I've done this before and it was a breeze. This trip I just don't know what is going on. I have a travel agent. We booked a trip 6/1-14. I have a confirmation number from our travel agent. I tried to link my room. It asked for the confirmation #. I put it in and out last name and our phone number. The reservation couldn't be found. It then asked for resort and travel dates. Still couldn't be found. I checked with my TA thinking perhaps she made an error but she gave me the same number. She then called Disney and confirmed our info as "active". Not sure what active means but I noticed on MDE that our bands are also "active". Anyone having the same problem or insight as to my issue?
