Anyone else have a revolving door when they vacation?

Friends and I alternate use of our points for a 10 day vacation the end of Oct., begining of Nov. in a 2BR Every year it seems like there is a revolving door on our unit. Here's how it went this year:

10/27 - Mary & Lee, Ed & Wendy and me (Cyn)
Occupancy = 5
10/29 - Madeleine & Rick arrive
Occupancy = 7
10/30 - we lose Rick. Occupancy = 6
10/31 - we lose Ed & Wendy. Occupancy = 4
11/04 - Candy drives in from Sebastian. Occupancy = 5
11/05 - Candy leaves and Leighton & his Mom move in (they were
staying at SSR but decided to extend trip one day (they're from
Miami). Occupancy = 6
11/06 - everyone leaves

Mary & I were talking about this, how it happens every year and wondered if anyone else has a revolving door?

Never when we are at Disney... If we are there ten days, that's too small a timeframe... But we have a summer cottage in VT & that IS like a revolving door....

You make it seem like your points were their points. Do you enjoy vacationing like that? If you do, I'm happy for you, but if you don't, I think you are overdue to have a long talk with your "friends". Then suggest a tour of SSR, where they can buy their own points, and return the favor you have done for them.

Actually they are all DVC owners (except for Ed & Wendy). Friends (and I do mean TRUE friends) are always welcomed by us. Not one of them presumes they can stay, they either ask or it's by invitation (well, except for Madeleine - we just tell her when we are going and PRESUME she is going. Mary, Madeleine & I are the 3 Faries for MNSSHP and where would we be without the 3rd Fairy!).

Do we enjoy vacationing this way? Absolutely! There were actually more than 30 of us in all, most at OKW.
