A few years ago I canceled my Kohls acct because the customer svc seemed to stink and I had sent a payment which they posted to my account 2 weeks later and charged me a fee. Well, I had not shopped there for years and decided to give it another try prior to Christmas and just had the same thing happen. Check sent 12/18, posted almost 2 weeks later after they charged me fees. I called. They said they didn't receive it. I won't be shopping there again, and canceled the card. Anyone else have this happen with Kohls? I have never had this with any other credit card or bill.
Sorry you have had such negative experiences. I love Kohls and have never had a problem, however, I pay my KCC payment either in-store (90% of the time) or online (which is very easy, you set this up via their website). I pay the majority of our bills either online, of via the telephone (both free via telephone - Verizon & Time Warner) for this very reason... some places are slow to post payments (but quick to post a late charge)! I don't want to chance it!
