Anyone else had this happen?

I upgraded our Play 4's over the phone in mid August and was given a confirmation #. I have not received the voucher in the mail yet and when I called to check was told it was on the way. I need to check my CC to see if it has been billed.
Has anyone else had problems with this department? Disney really needs improvement in this area!

I think maybe that with this particular timing (mid-August), you may want to cut them a little slack, seeing as how there have been two major hurricanes in Central Florida between the day you called and now. Chances are, they're a little backed up in getting things sent. (Particularly if the call center was in an area where post office service was spotty for a while.)

Check your CC to see if it's been charged and then give it another week. If it was "on the way," then it should be there. If not, as long as you have your confirmation number, you know that the transaction was processed and you have tickets, so it should all be fine.

I agree with the other poster. Cut them some slack. They just went through two hurricanes. They have CM's out because of this and they are probably trying to get back to normal. I went through Frances and I am still trying to get my house back to normal, so can image what it is like to get a large business like this up and running correctly again.

Give them a chance.

You should be fine with a confirmation number. As long as you have that, there shouldn't be a problem.

When they first started that program you couldn't upgrade over the phone. You had to go to guest services to do that by the expiration date or you couldn't upgrade at all. Nice to know you can do that over the phone now.

I renewed my DDE card over the phone and they sent me a letter to use in case I don't get my cards in time for my trip. There was a period where they didn't allow you to use a letter but I guess because of recent slowdowns due to problems beyond their control they've allowed this again.

I'm sure processes have slowed or been delayed but I'm also sure they take that into consideration when making "exceptions" to their "normal" policies, so I wouldn't worry.
