I don't remember a Roller Disco on Pleasure Island and while what is there now is fun I do wish they had kept what was once there as sort of a "Historic District" maybe one of the new resorts will bring all that back someday....

Do you remember the Rock and Roll Beach Club at PI? That’s what they called it after they removed the roller skating. The one and only time I went to the XZFR Rockin Rollerdome was for the holiday party at my first job in Orlando. So it was doubly fun seeing your coworkers skating while intoxicated. We only had the club privately for a few hours and then we could spend the rest of the evening at PI. The skating was better to watch once the public could join in as most of them were buzzed before they got there.
