Anyone else going to see The Day After TOmorrow?

DH and i have been waiting for months to see it! The special effects look awesome. We're going tomorrow night.

I dunno...something about the previews reminds me of a made for TV movie...10.5 (& all its cheezyness) is still fresh on my mind.

I do want to see "Stepford Wives". I remember the original.

I'm definitely going---I love disaster flicks! It can't possibly be as bad as "10.5" And isn't Dennis Quaid in it? That alone makes it worth seeing.

I didn't go see Independence Day at the theater and I am still kicking myself for that! Especially w/ Will Smith in it.

I just heard of this movie yesterday when Dennis Quaid was on Regis and Kelly. Guess I'm a little out of it. But I don't want to see it. It looks like way too much action/computer effects and not enough talking/relationships for me.

Anyone remember The Day After? Wasn't that the name of that TV movie in the '80s about nuclear war? I was so freaked out about nuclear war when I was a kid. Okay - sorry for getting off-topic.
