Anyone else getting a lot of confirmations?

I've gotten 3 confirmations and statements in the last 4 days.....anyone else? I've seen posts lately of people not getting them, but I got several for last years trip, and this year doesn't look any different. I know one was because I added a day to our tickets, but I've gotten 8 altogether now between confirmations and statements, and I booked the trip in February

My family is the royalty of confirmation letters. So far we have received twenty confirmation letters since March,not including the one that confirms your initial ressie. The funny thing is they all say the same darn thing. Not one of them reflects our recent payments! At first we were kinda of upset and worried but after numerous calls to Disney and finding out everything is O.K. we laugh about it. Every day we open the mailbox we wonder if we will get another one.


Sad thing is-each letter is costing Disney money. If they want to waste money they could offer me a discount. LOL!

Well we have 2 addresses on record with Disney, One home and one business. Well everytime we make a reservation we get like 2-3 letters at each one. Thanks for the reservation, notice your coming soon, and ME.

I have reveived 4 confirmation on my Poly ressie... but I have no confirmation letter for my WL...YET!

We just got number four today. (Or is it five???) Didn't see anything different on it compared to the last one we received. Go figure!

I got the purple planning brochure which mentioned my YC stay but no official confirmation letter yet. Made the ressie about 3-4 weeks ago for feb. 06.

We have gotten two for our Poly ressies for June. I was concerned at first, afraid that something might be amiss, but everything is fine. We received two sets of luggage tags as well. Now my kids have extras to play with.

We have rec'd three for our Dec. trip??? Plus the purple Glad your coming back kit.

Quite a pain, since this is suppossed to be a suprise trip for the kids, and they usually get to the mailbox, before I do. UGGG!!

There seems to be no rhyme or reason. I'm still waiting for my confirmation letter for our July trip (booked on 5/2). We did, however, receive the purple "glad you're coming back" kit this week. I'll have to call them pretty soon to make sure they have our ME info right. I can't figure out how to check that on the website (my conf. does, however, show up).

We also received several confirmations. I didn't make any changes to the reservation but I always seem to get one at least once a week. Disney is wasting a lot of money re-sending confirmations letters. I also got about 4 of the purple welcome back packets. A true waste; but my daughters loves to see those purple packets. Simple things float her boat

We are also getting a confermation letter every four days or so. I actually called Disney on Thurs. to let them know this, since we have made no changes. She had no clue why we were getting so many. But, on the other hand, we leave in a week and still no luggage tags. What gives?

I made our res back in March. I just called and the CM said apparently they don't send out conf# for room only ress's. I know this isn't rue because last year we had room only ressies and everytime I made a change, I got another letter. Who Knows?

I made my reservations online, so I got an e-mail confirmation. Is this all I will need and receive? I got the planning kit thing and we've received 4 Disney Visa applications!

I booked WL for Nov. on 5/19. I made my deposit and the website shows my reservation, but I have not recieved any e mail or letter. We would love to see a purple envelope, but so far nothing....

Funny you mention this....We've received 3 confirmation letters for our June trip to POFQ but have yet to receive even one for our August stays at FW cabins or GF. They have the deposits credited properly, I called to check, but no confirmation letter yet!
