As of today, 9/20/06, I haven't received the "purple book" or the print. Also , What are the pins referred to and when did they come out? Were they for all DVC members or were they for new purchases?

I have the book from my tour in Feb. It is beautiful. Definitely a 'dream come true' book!!!
