Anyone else get the email from Disney Visa about DVC??

I got an email yesterday about how if you purchase into DVC then charge your deposit Disney Visa is offering you 500 bonus reward dollars. Anyone else get this deal?? It has a pin code attached to it......

Check your email or call Disney VISA and see if they will give you one. I thought I saw it was only for AKV so I didn't pay any attention to it. Good luck!

I saw the e-mail, but it mentioned "new" membership. I wasn't sure if that just meant a new contract, of if it meant it wasn't open to existing members at all.

Well that stinks. We just bought DVC in June, and charged the entire amount on our Disney Visa. Paid it off, but still!

I called and it took awhile for the Chase rep to find the promo but it should be available to everyone. She said it is sent by email OR mail. I've never received any email promo from Chase at all. She reverified my email address so hopefully I'll get one someday.

She did say the promo is for new ownership and expires Nov 1, 2007

I got it when we signed 2 weeks ago. All you needed is the card member id from your statement (I think it is 8 digits). They did say it will take 2-3 billing cycles to hit your card, but who cares!

My guide is off on the Disney Msgic but the women I spoke too said she thinks it was 160 but it does nto say that in the offer~!!!~

My guide just told me it's a new promo and yes, it's a minimum of 160 points for an add-on. It's obviously meant for NEW owners but we could still take advantage.

We bought in August and charged it all - my VISA bil payment is happening tomorrow! Any hope I can beg for it? We are new members with 200 points at VWL.
